Ah with you. I cut lots of discs with an appropriate sized hole cutter with
the drill centre removed. Then used a centre finder and a pencil to mark
them up and a Stanley knife to cut the segments out as I made each rib. It
is time consuming, even on a production line I was making a rib a day.

Perhaps not clear enough in my post, but I was talking about all the 0.6mm
ply gussets on the ribs, not the balsa l/e semi-circles.  By my reconning
there are close to 150 semi-circles required for the stab and elevator rib
gussets - so I want to know the quickest way to make these, so I don't go
mad in the process !
