1. Get a short section of pipe, I.D. slightly larger than the gusset.
2. File or grind open end to a sharp edge
3. Lay ply on a hard Member 60 backup.
4. Place pipe sharp edge down on ply sheet
5. Place a Member 60 block on top end of pipe
6. Whack with hammer - force to be determined by trial and error
7. clean up edges of punched out gussets, cut to desired section
