Perhaps not clear enough in my post, but I was talking about all the 
0.6mm ply gussets on the ribs, not the balsa l/e semi-circles.  By my 
reconning there are close to 150 semi-circles required for the stab and 
elevator rib gussets - so I want to know the quickest way to make these, 
so I don't go mad in the process !
