[ULF-1] The trailing edge and spar are 3/4" x1/4" and verticles are 1/2" x5/16" to be easy to clamp with staples 1"x1/4"

I guess the forward. spar is 1/4" x1/4"  +( little bit thicker )
With fatter uprights about 1/2"×1/4"
   And the stabilizer rear spar is 3/4" x 1/4"  with fatter uprights too .
    The main cross pieces on the stabilizer are 3/4"×1/4" .even the
diagonal .
   Here is the hinge detail picture . Might be like what you already got ?
Use locknuts and thread lock and 2 nuts tightened together so they stay .
You might even epoxy it all up .
