At the bottom, you'll see: "To unsubscribe from Ulf-1, get a password 
reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription 
email address:"

Enter your e-mail address there and click the button, then you'll need 
to login with your current password. This will take you to a page where 
you can change your password. Let me know of any problems,
