[ULF-1] Please help me with information about ULF-1

Hello Everyone! My name in Member 54. I am a postgraduate student of National Aerospace University, Kharkiv, Ukraine; department of Composite materials. 
I have re-designed ULF-1 wing from carbon materials as a little scientific work. The work was good however it's not enough for making a useful construction. I'm lacking of detailed information about ULF-1 construction and how to build it. Also I'm interested as ultralight pilot (hangglider) in building such lightweight sailplane which allows a foot launch.
I would be glad if anyone give me information about ULF-1 construction, especially drawings and share his own experience of building it.
