Karl, Yes I have about 600 hours on weight shift hang gliders and about two
years experience , about 200 flights on K8s and K13s.I am not current on
sailplanes now but would be by the time ULF1 is ready to fly. I understand
your question. It would be suicidal to fly the ULF without current sailplane
experience.

It is recommended 10 hours of flight time in a sailplane before flying the
ULF. Andy, Do you have your sailplane rating or hang glider rating?
