There is a discussion on the yahoo group ULF-1 that goes into detail on
how to order plans and the all up costs.  Mostly by me.  Join the yahoo
group to find out what  the process is that I went thru.

P.S. You must join yahoo to get into the group.  You can  use your
current e mail system for your mail.  Pay attention when going thru the
membership process of Yahoo to have your e mail sent to your current
system.
