Dwight very sorry for your loss.   I never met Doug but enjoyed reading his exchanges through the archives on this site.   Reading the his obituary he sounded like
quite a woodworker and tinkerer.   I admire people able to cross talents over to multiple crafts.   Looking at things through a different set of glasses to see what is possible.     
Hopefully the archives can be saved and we can continue what he started.   A “normal” ULF project is just a little different which seems to attract people like Doug.
