Peter,
We are doing a group build with EAA Chapter 309, Charlotte, NC. We started in 2012 and have all the tail surfaces built, tail boom of fuselage, bulkhead 1 and 2, seat box, forward fuselage sides, and now we are framing up the wing spars. We use a guy in our club who has a CNC machine. We get spruce and ply from Aircraft Spruce. We are a few years out from completion and are planning to power it with twin electric pusher motors.
