Hi Andy,

Good to hear from you again.  Glad to hear you have started up construction again--it's all good fun!  We have specked out all the hardware to US standard and aviation grade AN hardware substitutions.  I believe we were planning to use AN-3 bolts (3/16" OD), castellated nuts and cotter pins on all the "turning" applications such as hinge pivots.

As soon as I can figure out how to rotate some sideways and upside down digital photos sent to me by others, I will send out progress photos.  (My rotate buttons do not seem to work on some of these photos.)
