Hello John,

up to serial no. 188 the following restrictions have to be applied:

Never to exceed speed VNE = 70 km/h
Max. air tow speed VAT = 60 km/h

>From serial no. 189 onwards VNE = 80 km/h and  max. VAT = 70 km/h

Hello Ulfers,
I recently joined this list because I can see time approaching when I'll FINALLY be able to build a ULF-1.
I purchased my ULF-1 plans in 1980, after seeing an article in Popular Mechanics. I am in Buellton, California, USA and  I have just completed my Glasair IIS TD. I'm proofing systems prior to first flight by the end of June.

My question to the list is: Is there a compilation of all revisions to plans & manuals, since Dieter began selling plansets? Somewhere on the website? 

Just browsing the archives of the site, showed me that there are a few issues here and there, some intent by Dieter to increase Vne, and it would be nice if there was a log of all these kinds of things without having to pick through every archived thread to glean the info.
