Thanks, Dennis.  I have members of EAA Chapter 309 here in Charlotte, NC helping me with the build--and everyone has a different opinion on which adhesives we should use!  I guess I will try making a bunch of test samples to see which ones are strongest and lightest.  Since we will be powering this airframe with electric motors and lithium poly battery packs, we will have to build as light as we can to save payload for the power system.
