Hello Bret,

the ULF-1 permissible flight envelope (load factor vs speed) is defined by the 
following flight conditions:

VS   = 33 km/h; n =  1
VA   = 66 km/h; n =  4
VNE = 80 km/h; n =  4 (this covers the +15m/s gust load)
                          n = -2 (this covers the  -15m/s gust load)



VS   - stall speed
VA   - maneuvering speed
VNE - never to exceed speed

Data are based on a flight mass of 150 kg and a wing reference area of 13,4 m² .
