A high wing design with a large vertical tail often needs little or no
dihedral for satisfactory roll stability. At low airspeeds the ailerons
need to be powerful enough to overcome stability in order to give
satisfactory roll control down to touchdown speeds. The wing actually
has some dihedral in that the top surface is horizontal and the bottom
is tapered upward from root to tip.
