I use the FAA's web site, _www.faa.gov_ (http://www.faa.gov) , for searching for Advisory Circulars. Click the "Regulations and Policies" tab, and look under "Advisories and Guidance". I cant seem to locate it in any of my searches but I dont fully understand how the register works. Thought maybe if you found the FAR-103 tegs you might be able to find advisory circulars also.
