[ULF-1] general comments anyone?

Greetings to all,

Would someone be kind enough to share their thoughts specifically on  
the quality of ULF-1 plans. This would assist me and assuming others  
on moving pass the dreaming stage and begin the actual construction  
of the aircraft. In regards to construction, any suggestions on best  
way to begin, i.e. tools, materials, shop area, etc. Some personal  
background – this would be my first attempt at aircraft construction,  
so I want to be realistic before starting. Thanks in advance!
