If you are unsure about building........  I haven't found lots of bloggs on this plane either.  What you may do....  The "JDT MiniMax" is a powered ultralight airplane. I have one (still needing covering), and they are built the same way. (lots of little sticks!)  the JDT site has a builders list, and several of those have lots of photos and lots of information. That should leave you in heaven for a few hours checking all that info. Granted, some doesnt apply here but the building process of the plane is the same.... Lots and lots of good information on the blogs and builders sites on the links..... Also, the video JDT has on covering the minimax, is not bad.... OK, borring, but it does have some good tips on covering so you dont have warped wings when your done. The covering process would be the same.
 
As far as weights, paperwork (depending on the country) flying properties, etc.... cant help ya there (have to finish the minimax before starting a new project).... I'll leave those questions to be answered by someone else......

Dear friends;
I have blue prints for ULF-1 and I am still wavering before starting the construction. I feel I still lack essential information. 
On this site, I cant find data such as records of personal experiences by people flying with ULF-1 . I would like to get real information about its actual flying capacities, record, is it easy to handle, have people actually taking off runing, what problems do people flying with ULF-1 meet, etc etc.
I do want to get in touch with pilots actually flying with this plane.
If you are in that case, I will be grateful for you to contact me.
