Hello    My name is Paul Howse and I am English living in Cornwall GB.I fly a 
Wills Wing U2 hanglider with and without a Mosquito NRG power harness.I also 
dabble in paragliding and RC sailplanes.I am a part-time static winchman for a 
local Hang+Para school.Way back in 1979 I passed my A&B cert in aT21 sailplane 
and then in 1980 got my PPL in a Tomahawk at Goleta Member 132 California,however 
I have not been current in either for many years.I Member 60 like to get back to 
three-axis flying with the ULF-1 and have plans No 231.
Here in the UK the ULF-1 can be registered as a Hanglider as long as it is 
foot launched and it's weight kept under sixty kilos.I have yet to start the 
project!
